WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your order, but if there is something not quite right then we are more than happy to resolve the issue. Please get in contact by emailing within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item is faulty or damaged you may need to provide photographic evidence. If you simply dislike the fragrance then please make sure you do not open or use the product so that an exchange or refund can be given. We are unable to refund or exchange opened products.
We hope you understand that as a small business proof is needed to verify any claims and to protect our business. Of course we are happy to help resolve any genuine claims.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim for you to receive your order within 10 working days. Usually it is much sooner but with us being a small business sometime it can take a bit longer especially in busy periods.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT YOUR SCENTS SMELL LIKE?
We recommend you pop into any shop that sells designer perfumes and aftershaves eg. Boots or Superdrug and smell what fragrances you like!
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
At the moment we only offer shipping within the UK.
All postage and packaging is currently £3.00.
ARE YOUR SCENTS DESIGNER?
Our fragrance oils are very similar to the designer high end scents. We are in no way affiliated with the designer company, or products simply smell similar to the perfume/aftershave.
